Payment Schedule
Once your reservation is secured, payments may be submitted as often as you prefer through the credit card authorization link, depending on the vendor and how far in advance your trip is booked.
• Some vendors require full payment 45 days prior to departure
• Bookings within 60 days typically require full payment at the time of confirmation
• Bookings within 90 days may require payment in full within 45 days
Vendor timelines vary, and your schedule will always be clearly communicated.
Flex Pay
Flex Pay allows you to secure your travel now and pay over time through fixed installment plans.
• Applications must be submitted at least 11 days prior to departure
• Eligible trip costs range from $150 to $15,000
• Some plans are interest-free, while others may include interest
